At CLA Romania, we’re looking for a driven HR & Payroll Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely payroll data input and payroll calculation;

• Preparation of payroll reports and payroll related returns;

• Liaising with labour and tax authorities on behalf of the clients;

• Providing support on payroll and HR related matters;

• On-boarding of new clients in the payroll system;

• Archiving client documentation and information;

• Providing payroll and HR legal updates;

• Liaising with clients on solving payroll related issues and risks;

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to work with deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business.

• Experience with DP Payroll platform is a plus.
