Dental Sales Representative — Romania

Bio3 Implants GmbH (Bio3 Medical S.R.L.) is a German developer and manufacturer of dental implant systems and implantology solutions, with production facilities in Pforzheim, Germany.

As part of our continued expansion in Romania, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive Dental Sales Representative to develop an assigned territory, build strong relationships with dentists and dental clinics, and drive sales of Bio3 Implants products.

Your responsibilities:

• Identifying and acquiring new clients among dentists and dental clinics;

• Scheduling and conducting at least 5 client meetings per working day;

• Conducting face-to-face meetings, negotiations and product presentations;

• Making cold and warm calls and following up with potential clients;

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with dentists and clinics;

• Driving sales of dental implants, prosthetic components and related products;

• Providing product information and professional support to dentists after completing company training;

• Processing and following up on client orders;

• Maintaining an up-to-date client database and sales documentation;

• Achieving individual sales and activity targets;

• Representing Bio3 Implants at dental conferences, exhibitions, workshops and other professional events at the company’s expense.

We are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in direct sales;

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills;

• Understanding of modern sales techniques;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• A proactive approach and willingness to work actively in the field;

• Willingness to learn about dental implantology and our product portfolio;

• Romanian is preferred;

• English at a level sufficient to understand company training and product materials is required;

• Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian is an advantage;

• Valid driver’s license and own car — required;

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous experience in dental, medical device, pharmaceutical, dental equipment or related industries is an advantage, but not mandatory.
