  • Knowledge management: Manage and continuously improve the legal department's document management system to ensure reliable, complete, and up-to-date data access at all times; develop sustainable self-service options to support the business and improve legal risk management and responsiveness; support legal counsel in organizing periodic training on relevant topics.

  • Process and digital tools: Collaborate with the Head of Legal to build and implement the department's technology roadmap; drive adoption of IT projects such as digitalization and business/communication tools; stay current on legal-tech trends.

  • Change management: Support new projects and initiatives, particularly IT-related, with a dedicated change management strategy; develop and deliver training on new tools, software, and processes.

  • KPI tracking: Design, monitor, and regularly report on key performance and activity indicators for the legal function.

  • Vendor management: Maintain the selection and management program for external resources; evaluate outsourcing opportunities to help manage workload fluctuations and free up legal counsel for higher-value work.

Key Requirements
