• Experienta practica de executie directa si punere in opera a structurilor din gips-carton, rolul presupunand atat coordonare, cat si implicare directa in executie;
• Minimum 2 ani experienta atat in executia lucrarilor de finisaje interioare / gips-carton, cat si in coordonarea echipelor de executie pe santier;
• Abilitati excelente de citire, interpretare si transpunere corecta in executie a planurilor si detaliilor tehnice;
• Permis de conducere categoria B;
• Profil organizat, ferm si capabil de gestiune autonoma a activitatilor si problemelor curente din santier;
• Excelente abilitati de comunicare, coordonare a oamenilor si lucru in echipa.

• Organizarea si repartizarea sarcinilor zilnice pentru echipa din subordine, stabilind obiective si termene clare de executie;
• Participarea directa la executia lucrarilor de pereti si tavane din gips-carton conform specificatiilor tehnice;
• Pregatirea din timp a necesarului de materiale, echipamente si scule pentru desfasurarea fluida a lucrarilor;
• Verificarea constanta a calitatii lucrarilor efectuate, identificarea neconcordantelor si urmarirea remedierilor;
• Coordonarea activitatii echipelor de diferite specialitati si mentinerea ritmului de lucru;
• Raportarea periodica a progresului lucrarilor si identificarea/solutionarea blocajelor din santier.
