• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles - at least 1 year
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.

• Work closely with the HR team to support the entire recruitment, hiring, and contract processes, ensuring each stage runs smoothly.
• Carefully prepare employee files, labour contracts, additional documentation (addendums/ annexes/ declarations etc.), respecting the quality and contributing to high organizational standards.
• Plan and organize training sessions: Collaborate with training providers to set the agenda, program, and budget for each training session.
• Ensure training logistics: Reserve training rooms and prepare necessary equipment and materials.
• Administer diplomas and certifications: Record and distribute diplomas obtained by participants.

• Support full-lifecycle HR Admin activities, HR projects and act as a back-up when needed.
