About Our Client

Our client is an established company in the construction sector, based in Cluj. They are reinforcing their internal HR function and do not currently have a dedicated in-house recruiter.

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring (masons, welders, carpenters), while also supporting broader internal HR and culture initiatives. This is an on-site, office-based role for a proactive, results-driven professional with a genuine track record in blue-collar recruitment and strong networking ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage the recruitment channels best suited to each open position
• Write and post job ads based on discussions with department heads
• Screen candidates against the role requirements and candidate profile
• Contact shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews
• Actively participate in the interviewing and selection process
• Evaluate candidates and present proposals to hiring managers
• Maintain and keep the candidate database up to date
• Communicate selection outcomes to candidates
• Support the company on recruitment and internal people-evaluation processes
• Onboard new hires: company overview, benefits, and internal processes (attendance, leave requests, internal regulations)
• Introduce new hires to their teams and announce new colleagues company-wide
• Run post-onboarding follow-ups to gather feedback and identify improvements
• Conduct exit interviews and propose process improvements based on findings
• Develop a monthly internal HR project plan that engages employees across all departments and seniority levels
• Prepare reports and updates requested by management

What's Offered

• Full ownership of the recruitment function within the company
• Real potential for a permanent, full-time role
• Direct involvement in shaping internal HR and culture initiatives
