Are you an Automation & Maintenance professional ready to lead a technical team?

Join Coca-Cola HBC in Timisoara as Maintenance Supervisor - Industrial Automation, where you will lead a team of Automation Engineers and coordinate the maintenance of highly automated production lines.

This is a technical leadership role, combining team coordination, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Production, Engineering and Utilities to ensure high equipment availability and reduce downtime.

What you'll do

Lead and develop a team of Automation Engineers

Coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities

Support the team in troubleshooting complex automation and equipment issues

Drive root cause analysis and actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime

Monitor KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR and downtime

Collaborate with Production and Engineering on automation, modernization and improvement projects

Coordinate emergency interventions and maintenance priorities

Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and according to technical standards

What we're looking for

Experience in industrial maintenance within an automated production environment

Previous experience leading or coordinating a technical team

Good knowledge of industrial automation, including:

Siemens PLC - TIA Portal / SIMATIC

HMI & SCADA

EPLAN/electrical schematics

Sensors, actuators, drives and control systems

Industrial robots and industrial networks

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good English communication skills

Nice to have

TPM / Lean / RCA, SAP, industrial cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, automation projects or commissioning experience.
