- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles - at least 1 year
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- Experience in working with databases and systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong teamwork abilities and effective collaboration with different departments.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
Human Resources Administration (HR Admin):
- Work closely with the HR team to support the entire recruitment, hiring, and contract processes, ensuring each stage runs smoothly.
- Carefully prepare employee files, labour contracts, additional documentation (addendums/ annexes/ declarations etc.), respecting the quality and contributing to high organizational standards.
- Plan and organize training sessions: Collaborate with training providers to set the agenda, program, and budget for each training session.
- Ensure training logistics: Reserve training rooms and prepare necessary equipment and materials.
- Administer diplomas and certifications: Record and distribute diplomas obtained by participants.
- Support full-lifecycle HR Admin activities, HR projects and act as a back-up when needed.
