Job Description
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency (C1) in Hungarian and business proficiency (B2) in English;
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO / customer support environment OR proven knowledge of the banking sector, financial products, and regulatory environment;
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and customer-oriented problem-solving skills;
- Commercial mindset, proactivity, and the ability to promote banking products and services;
- Strong digital skills and proficiency in using PC applications, CRM, or contact center tools;
- Acute attention to detail, confidentiality, data privacy, and strict adherence to banking procedures;
- Previous experience in outbound/telesales, digital banking, fraud-related interactions, or complaint handling is considered a plus.
- Provide operational support (inbound calls) regarding current accounts, digital banking applications, and transactions;
- Conduct proactive customer outreach (outbound calls) for commercial assistance, advisory, and product promotion;
- Handle written customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via email, chat, and ticketing systems;
- Assist customers with self-banking channels, contract unlocking, and remote operational support;
- Manage interactions regarding potential fraud reports, security alerts, and customer complaints;
- Ensure accurate logging and updating of customer interaction records in internal systems in compliance with banking regulations.
Working Hours & Location:
- 100% Remote (Work from Home);
- Full-time (8-hour shifts, permanent contract);
- Rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule (Monday - Sunday);
- Training Period (5 weeks): Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (includes the possibility of a short business trip during the first week, with all expenses fully covered by the company).
