We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with German and English skills to join our team.

In this role, you will act as an important interface between our customers, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring excellent service.

Ideal Candidate:

• Professional experience in Customer Service or Sales Support would be an advantage.

• Good to fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

• Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.

• Positive attitude and strong customer focus.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain customer master data in SAP and other relevant systems.

• Handle customer inquiries and requests by phone and email.

• Manage customer orders and demand-related communication.

• Coordinate customer requirements with production and other internal departments.

• Organize dispatch activities and submit related shipping documents.

• Support the commercial resolution of customer claims

• Provide service-related support to customers and internal colleagues.
