Job Description
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or multi-site activity coordination.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
-Experience analyzing operational and commercial KPIs;
-Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Results-oriented mindset and decision-making ability;
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel;
-Advanced English proficiency.
-Category B driving license might be a plus.
-Completed higher education
-Availability for frequent field travel

Support the Area Manager in the day-to-day management of assigned stores, helping drive commercial performance, customer experience and consistent operational standards.
Provide hands-on operational support to Store Managers, following up agreed actions and escalating significant commercial, people or operational issues to the Area Manager.

Compliance, safety and loss prevention
Cost control, suppliers and logistics
Cross-functional collaboration
Key Performance Indicators:
Sales and profitability
Productivity and controllable costs
Customer Service and operational standards
Stock accuracy and stock loss
Audit and compliance results
