About the role:

Creative Fabrica is a fast-growing AI platform where anyone can create viral-ready videos and images with the newest generative AI models. Templates are the core of our product. They're what users discover, use and share, and every new template is a new reason to come to Creative Fabrica. We're scaling our library to thousands of templates, and we need the people who will find and create them. That’s where you come in.

You’ll find what's going viral and turn it into AI templates people use to make their own version, often within hours of the trend breaking. You pick the trend, build the template, ship it, and move on to the next one. When one takes off, you'll see your work all over TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

Generative AI is going mainstream right now, and templates are how millions of people make their first AI video. This role puts you right at the front of it.

What you will do:

• Live where culture happens. Spend your day on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X, and spot what's going viral the moment it starts.

• Create with the newest generative AI models. Use cutting-edge image and video models to recreate viral effects anyone can make with one tap.

• Move at internet speed. When something blows up, turn it into a template and get it live while everyone else is still watching it.

• Drive our growth. The best templates get shared far beyond our platform and pull new users in. What you ship shapes what people create with AI and how fast we grow.

What you will need:

• You live online. You know what's trending on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X right now, and you understand why things go viral.

• Hands-on AI generation. You have hands-on experience with AI image and video generation models (e.g. Seedance, Kling, Nano Banana), know which model works best for which effect and how to prompt to get the outcome you want.

• Reverse-engineering. You can look at any viral video and figure out how to recreate it with AI.

• Fast. A trend shipped today beats a perfect one next week.

• Self-driven and competitive. You work independently and want your templates to be the one that everyone’s using and blowing up all over the internet.
