Location: Bucharest or nearby (Home Office with frequent travel across Romania)

Graboplast Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our

presence in the Romanian market.

This is a home-office-based position for candidates living in Bucharest or the surrounding

area. The role requires frequent travel, primarily within the Bucharest region, as well as

throughout Romania to visit customers and project partners.

Your Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Romanian market.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, general contractors, flooring

contractors, distributors, dealers, professional associations, and educational

institutions.

 Promote and sell Graboplast's flooring solutions for commercial, sports, healthcare,

transportation, and residential projects.

 Manage project-based sales from opportunity identification through successful

completion.

 Develop long-term partnerships with key market players.

 Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

 Proven experience in construction industry sales

 Experience in the flooring industry is a strong advantage

 Experience in project sales

 University degree

 Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is considered an advantage.

 Good command of English (minimum intermediate/B2 level).

 Experience using CRM systems

 SAP knowledge is an advantage

 Valid driving licence

 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

 Self-motivated, independent, and willing to travel extensively
