•Provides support to the Production departments, in accordance with the defined areas of responsibility.
•Participates in production meetings and in drafting minutes.
•Handles invoicing, manages contracts, and prepares purchase orders.
•Organizes meetings and establishes contacts with all relevant stakeholders.
•Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
•Tracks costs, prepares specific reports, and reports related key performance indicators.
•Secures ongoing agreements for booking and organizing business trips for the assigned departments.
•Issues internal communications for the assigned department.
•Manages office equipment and protocol items. Handles the filing tasks of the production department.
•Translates relevant documents into English.
•The employee must complete all other ad-hoc tasks defined by their supervisor, while also complying with legal requirements.
•Cooperation and service provision involving all other departments within their area of responsibility, including cooperation with other companies and external bodies within their scope of work.
